Chef Shawn Bucher is a operator, author, consultant and educator.

Having been in the food & beverage industry for over 25 years, Chef Shawn is an educator and is currently focused on obtaining a PhD in Hospitality Management.

 

When he's not in school, he works with everyone from large international companies to small independent operations as a operations and/or a design consultant. He facilitates online eCornell hospitality courses through Cornell Univerisity.
